Damaged or Incorrect Orders 
 We accept returns and provide refunds only in the case of:​

 

  • Product(s) damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect item(s) received

 

To initiate a return, email us atsalsaarofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged or incorrect item. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product integrity concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any opened or used products.


Order Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed only before an order is shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.​​
