Ritual Guide

Simple, soulful steps to reconnect with your body, mind & energy.

Ways to use Sal & Saar Bath salt

Pour 4–5 tablespoons of your chosen ritual salt into a tub of warm water. Stir gently, clockwise, while setting an intention. Step in slowly. Close your eyes. Let the water hold you. Soak for 20 minutes, breathing deeply. Let go of what’s not yours to carry.

Full Body Soak

Add 2-3 tablespoons of salts to a bucket of warm water. Place your feet in. Let the weight in your body descend into the earth. Ideal after long days, travel, or emotional heaviness.

Foot Soak

Boil water and pour it into a wide bowl. Add 1-2 tablespoons of your ritual salt. Drape a towel over your head, close your eyes, and inhale the rising steam. This clears pores, foggy thoughts, and stagnant energy. Use during full moons, after arguments, or when you feel blocked.

Aura Steam Bowl

Sprinkle a handful of salts on the floor of your shower. As the steam rises, breathe in the botanical oils and energy. Let the water become your release. Visualize stress and old energy washing down the drain.

Shower Ritual

Exfoliating Body Scrub

Mix a small amount of salts with coconut, almond, or jojoba oil. On damp skin, gently massage the mix in upward circular strokes. Rinse with warm water. Use before rituals to awaken the body and shed dullness, physically and energetically.

Ritual Affirmations

For The lunar ritual

"I am in perfect harmony with the cycles of the moon, allowing its light to guide me on my journey. I trust in the natural flow of life, and with each phase, I embrace new beginnings. My mind is clear, my soul is at peace, and I am aligned with the rhythm of the universe. I am whole, I am balanced, I am renewed."

What Makes a Bath a Ritual?

It’s not the salt. It’s not the candle. It’s the moment you decide to return to yourself. A ritual begins the second you pause with intention. It’s not about perfection, it’s about presence. When you pour salts into warm water, you're not just softening your body… You're creating space for your spirit to breathe again. You’re not bathing to get clean. You’re bathing to let go. Of the noise. The pressure. The invisible heaviness. A ritual bath is not a luxury. It’s a homecoming.

Why Water is the Oldest Medicine

Long before language, there was water. Before doctors, before diagnoses, before any word for “healing” there was a river. A spring. A sacred soak. Water has always been the element of renewal. It remembers your grief. It absorbs your fatigue. It carries away what your body cannot hold. It doesn't ask for explanation. It simply receives. And when infused with salt, herbs, and intention, it becomes alchemy  ancient, simple, complete. This is why we return to water. Not just to wash but to remember.
